Wallet security usually asks you to choose: hand over custody, or stay alone with every signature. BTCHPC is building a third path: autonomous defense that watches, analyzes and explains, while the keys stay with you. Sentinel never asks for a seed phrase and never signs for you.
Custody stays yours.
BTCHPC is a Bitcoin mining and high-performance computing infrastructure project. The same compute discipline that serves a proof-of-work network is being pointed at blockchain analysis, transaction simulation, cryptographic benchmarking and threat intelligence.
Sentinel is the product on top. Today it is a first release: connect Phantom for read-only access or paste any public address, and Sentinel reads recent Solana transactions and flags patterns worth a human look. It is rules-based observation. AI analysis and the Sentinel defense system are in development.
It does not block transactions or move funds. It tells you what it saw, and where to look next.
Sentinel Network: a small, honest set of tools for reading what a wallet has been doing, built on public chain data and the compute behind it.
BTCHPC Sentinel reads recent wallet activity, summarizes programs and token approvals, and surfaces what deserves review. No custody, no signing, and no promise that it can prevent an attack. Just clear observation, live from the chain.

These panels are artwork for the layers behind Sentinel: transaction graphs, data-center capacity, cryptographic primitives, threat contours and silicon. They are illustrations, not live data. The working tool is the Sentinel app.
Compute underneath. Defense on top.
Blockchain analysis
Reading public ledger history: signatures, programs, balance changes and token approvals, turned into plain observations you can verify on a block explorer. Sentinel’s first release does this for the recent transactions of one wallet.

AI inference
In development. The compute is intended to run models that explain transactions in plain language. Nothing in the current release uses AI.

Transaction simulation
In development. Previewing what a transaction would do before it is signed is on the roadmap. The first release only observes transactions that already happened.

Cryptographic benchmarking
Mining hardware is built around hashing throughput. We intend to apply that experience to benchmarking cryptographic primitives, and to publish notes only when there are reproducible results.

Threat intelligence
Patterns seen around wallet drainers, such as unexpected token approvals and sudden outgoing transfers, inform the review rules Sentinel uses today. The rules are conservative and will miss things.

Research notes, not marketing claims. Sentinel’s first release is rules-based observation. Sentinel, the AI defense system, is still in development, and nothing here is a promise to prevent attacks or protect funds.
Sentinel.v0
First release
Read-only observation of recent Solana activity. Available now.
- Phantom connection, no signing
- Or inspect any public address
- Last 10 signatures, 3 analyzed
- Live public RPC data
- Tab-only monitoring alerts
- Rules-based, not AI
- Settings stay in your browser
Sentinel.dev In development
Not released
Research stage. No release date and no claims until it is built and tested.
- AI transaction explanations
- Transaction simulation before signing
- Threat intelligence on drainer patterns
- Cryptographic benchmarking on HPC
- Inference on BTCHPC compute
- Nothing here is released
- Custody stays with you
Sentinel v0 is what exists today. Sentinel is where the research is headed. We will say so plainly and publish limits next to every result, because a security tool that overstates itself is worse than none.

Sentinel is the planned defense layer: models that read transactions, simulate outcomes and help you respond, backed by BTCHPC compute. It is in research and development. Nothing described here is released.
Cryptographic Research
Planned
Research stage. No release date and no claims until it is built and tested.
- Hash throughput benchmarking
- Signature verification cost
- Elliptic curve operations
- Memory-hard function cost
- Key derivation cost
- Transaction simulation methods
- Drainer pattern classification
- Review rule evaluation
- Inference latency on HPC
- Methods published with limits
- Results only when reproducible
The research agenda covers cryptographic benchmarking on our HPC hardware and the study of how wallet drainers behave on-chain. This is a plan, not a result. When there is something reproducible, it will be published here with its method and its limits.
